Designing and writing a proposal is a key success factor obtaining funds for Cooperation Innovation. European Commission and other sources provide a significant number of opportunities in terms of programs and calls; a sound proposal is necessary both for the approval and the future implementation of the project.<\/p>\n

Any project needs a management structure in order to promote an optimal use of the knowledge, expertise and experience of its resources in fulfilling the objectives of the project and to provide effective project administration, monitoring and control, always taking into consideration the requirements, rights and duties of the members of the Consortium.<\/p>\n
